Bezel For 3DS with correct screens layout

The second screenshot shows that the "custom layout" setting is not enabled.
The lower screen should be smaller and it should have a gap between both screens.
Maybe you have configured the coordinates but without the custom layout, they're not applied.
I'll post a full "qt-config.ini" file to be sure everything's ok.
But I don't understand why if you click on the lower screen, the game window goes above the bezel.

You need to change some coordinates in two files: the "qt-config.ini" file and the "bezel.ini" file in your 3DS bezel folder.

Finally successfully adjusted the size. But I am having problem of bezel back of the screen after mouse onclicks. Is there anything else I am missing？
