Donator Privileges

For those of you who have donated to helps support the site, I added a few features:

• Able to block users from PMing you.
• Can add attachments in PMs.
• Can setup an auto-reply response.
• Can bypass the 3-post minimum required to send a PM
• Can bypass the 5-day requirement to use the PM system
• Can bypass the 20 PM/week limit
• Can disable PM post quote notifications
• Can disable auto-quotes in PMs
• Can use reply-all when replying to PMs sent to multiple recipients
• Immune from PM pruning after 180 days

Apparently my hope to block links in pms from potential spam bots caused it to get locked down too much and locked for valid members. This has been disabled now.

Also tweaked the above numbers a bit.
