New all-in-one arcade search

So, with so much information spread out among so many forums and searching google comes up with lots of irrelevant stuff, I created CSE (Custom Search Engine) which will restrict your search to the sites listed below.
If you think there should be some added, just let me know. For this one I tried to stay towards Windows platform and might do another for Linux.
