Problem with toggling Instruction Cards

I have a pretty strange issue with the instruction cards. They work on every single system except for the Amiga. On the Amiga almost everything works as well except the "Toggle Visibility Key". Whatever key I bind it to it just won't work. I can use any key to go back and forth between the cards but I just can't manage to toggle the visibility.

I've tested both with WinUAE and FS-UAE with the same issue.
