RetroFE does not start up RL when called

I can run games from RL and games from RetroFE using the mame launcher.

But the rockeltlauncher launcher does not communicate with RL. Thus RetroFE is not sending CLI to RL

The RL log is empty (with regard to any info on starting this game instance)

The RetroFE log shows:

Solved my own problem:

set retrofe.exe = Run As Administrator

doh!
