RL forget ahk and jtk profile

hi folks! i have a strage problem with RL, when i create a proper ahk or jtk profile for a dedicated game, when i reboot my cab i can't find this profile on RL.
and if i want to create a new one profile, rl say a msg error like "there are already a ahk(or jtk) file in profile folder and i can't create a new one.

how can i fix it?

If you click the Refresh Button on the KeyMapper tab in RLUI do you see them load up there? RLUI doesn't load the profiles by default, there is a setting on the RLUI Tab --> Setting --> Startup Options --> Load Profiles. If this is not checked, you won't see them in the UI, and will need to click the refresh button on whatever system you are on in RLUI.
