Using BlueStacks .lnks on RocketLauncher

Hello, I wanted to boot Android games with BlueStacks on RocketLauncher. The problem is that sometimes it would freeze RocketLauncher or launch an error.
Yesterday I could finally open BlueStacks with the AppWaitExe option, but it only sends me to the menu. I want it to directly open my games. Do I need to write some parameters or something else?
