I've run into a hiccup in ePSXe using Joy2Key and am hoping someone can shed some light on it. I use Joy2Key for all of my other emus (through Hyperspin and RocketLauncher) and it works great.
This all came about while trying to assign button 7 & 8 as ESCAPE (Start and Back on the Xbox 360 controller) - which works great in all of the other emus I have setup. When that didn't work in ePSXe - I went looking.
And what I found was that ePSXe seems to disable or not use Joy2Key. I've tried mapping the controller in ePSXe to keys and then making the keys match in Joy2Pad. No joy unfortunately.
This is the case both in and outside of HyperLaunch (Hyperspin). I'm using ePSXe 2.05

Anyone have some info on this they'd like to share? Would using a program like xpadder work instead of Joy2key?

    Appreciate your time,
    Thanks

How does anyone else exit ePSXe from their controller? Is it possible?

Thanks Solipsist1234 - I figured that might be the case with all the views and no responses. Bummer - it really is a great looking emulator.
