I had a thought for the games that wont auto start instead of using steems snapshot function to make the rom auto start, is it possible per rom to have (centre active window) ( then double click left mouse at x, y coordinates)
not sure how many they will be but from 200 roms upto now theres only been 3 roms I couldn't get to start without the gem desktop

Automating mouse clicks won't work billy this will vary from computer to computer so there's no way to make that work in a feasible way.
And in this case you need the mouse clicks to interact with the emulated Gems desktop which makes things even worse.

ah I see , still there's always the snapshot approach. I don't think they will be that many to do
