Threads will now automatically refresh for you while you are not idle every 5 seconds. Idle occurs after 300 seconds of no activity. Even mouse movement will restore you from being idle. So there is no longer a need for you to hit F5 to refresh or click the reload button on your browser to see if an update was posted.
This will reduce server load as the entire thread does not need to be reloaded. So try to refrain from reloading as it will not do anything for you.
