AutoRotating Screen in a Cabinet for vertical games and back

Hi Folks,

I am using a Cabinet with a rotating mechanism for the screen. It can be rotated via a relais connected to the Scrolllock LED Key at the keyboard.
My goal is to autorotate the screen for mame games.

Hope somebody can help me to add some code in the mame module to do the stuff.

Here a some Info:
ScrollLockstate on: The screen will be rotated vertical for vertical mame games
Scrolllockstate off: The screen will be rotated horizontal for horizontal mame games
After mame exit and returning to Frontend ScrollLockstate off for horizontal mode

I have a plugin for Mala but I want to use Hyperlaunch/Hyperspin in future

As far as I know mame.xml have all infos about orientation, but I am not a programmer :-(

It is a cabinet from germany. Sold in the 90th. It is capable of rotating screen out of the box. Original it can hold 4 PCBs and you can switch between.
I removed all stuff for PCB and added a PC and a electronic from pc to rotating mechanism to make rotation via pc
