Bezels not filling top of screen.

Benn using rocketlauncer for a while with no major problems, but all of a sudden the bezels for any system no longer fill the top of the screen. As far as iam aware i have not changed anything.

I fixed it by changing the resolution in windows as it had some how been changed when booting a game that needed to be in windows xp which then crashed not resseting the resolution
