This is true for MAME, NAOMI, Atomiswave, Model 2, and Model 3.
Clearly I feel like I'm missing something extremely obvious, because if other people were having this issue there'd be a post about it, but here we go. First some info on how I've got RL and LB working together.
In RLUI, under Frontends I have LaunchBox set as neither Default nor Active. For the RLUI and RL Plugins I have them set to Hyperspin.
In LB this is how I have Rocketlauncher set up:
Also I have the Command-Line Parameters set up as such: -p LaunchBox -f "X:\LaunchBox\LaunchBox.exe" -s "Sammy Atomiswave" -r. I saw in another thread that they should be set up with the System name in front (Sammy Atomiswave -p LaunchBox -f "X:\LaunchBox\LaunchBox.exe" -s "Sammy Atomiswave" -r), but this caused an issue where any system with more than three words in the title, Sony Playstation 2 for example, would cause an error where RL would not launch.
