I fail to see what is the use of this in RL.

This is nothing more than launching the process as hidden, which is already done when possible on RL and can be easily used by any user added feature by simple adding a keyword to the AHK run command (https://autohotkey.com/docs/commands/Run.htm). No need for any external app dependency.

Again, I don't see how.
The utility that you linked uses the Win32 CreateProcess API. AHK most probably uses the same internally to achieve the same final result.
Which emulator are you referring to?
Are you sure that using the RL method and this utility makes any difference for the final result?

I tried this with another utility called pssuspend and it worked whereas ,Hide function did not.... I remember reading in one of the modules that u couldn't hide a launch process completely anyway i can't find it..
