How to connect RetroFE to Rocketlauncher so everything shows up in RocketlaunchUI

I am trying to setup a link between RetroFE and Rocketlauncher very similar to hyperspin and Rocketlauncher.

I watched the guy Simply Austin and he mentioned that it would be wise to have rocketlauncher control the emulators, artwork, etc, and have retroFE or hyperspin be the GUI.

How does one connect them together?
