I can't view user profiles on the forum

When I log into my account and try to view someone else's profile, I get an error:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

But if I log in as a guest (without authorization), then I see information about users.

Is this some kind of bug or error?
