image quality!!

Hi Guys, I running Mame on hyperspin 1.4 and the most recent version of rocket launcher. I recently got a tv/monitor 21" screen size. I was really pumped that I got a nice size of screen for my arcade machine, but with that came some issues... the resolution and image quality is really bad. Can someone help me out on how to improve image and resolution quality?

I run windows 7, 64 bits. Mame64.

Try turning on Bilinear filtering in mame settings RLUI

Hey, thank you for your answer. The only thing is... I can't find that option under Mame settings on RLUI. Could you please tell me where should I go?
