Installation of Tsugaru Emulator in Hyperspin Attraction

Hi,

Iwould like install the Fujitsu Fm Town Marty in my setup Hyperspin Attraction.
Retroarch does not emulate this system.
The best emulator is Tsugaru, but I can't find the Tsugaru.ahk module.
I was told I had to create it myself but I can't.
Does anyone have experience with this system in HSA?
If so, can they give me a brief explanation of how to install it?
I thought that, as with TeknoParrot, I could use PClauncher maybe.
