missing charactor's Instruction cards

Just got hold of ultimate mortal kombat 3 instruction cards by mmg1design
but there are charactor's missing like scrorpion and raiden,looked in his mk3 pack theres nothing there either ,did he finish them?
or does anybody know where i can get these missing charactor's ?

Also has anybody succesfully mapped there joystick up down left or right to any rocketlauncher hotkeys
rocketlauncher doesnt seem to recognise them but does my buttons
