Need help with PDF creation

I have several games with manuals that I am not able to find online. I would like to scan these and add them to emumovies. However, PDF creation software is quite expensive, especially for a smaller project such as mine. Free software appears to only serve as a malware front.

Is anyone here able to help with a solution that can turn scanned images into PDF files? I tried just to use Windows print to PDF, but it screwed up the orientation of images (portrait vs landscape) if they were mixed.

Maybe download cutepdf and test. Good luck.

PDFCreator works great for things like this. I use it all the time for the same exact reason.
