I could solve it myself. If anyone has the same issue, here?s my solution. Pause worked in windowed mode but in fullscreen it was behind the emulator. You have to tik the box for fullscreen in the graphics part and in addition the "frameless window/fullscreen". I hope that helps, I don?t have the english version of dolphin, so maybe the terms I used are not 100 % accurate.
