Hello
I am having issues with retroarch sound being distorted and the strange thing is it seems to be connected to rocket launcher. When my fade screen come up and my progress bar works perfectly the sound is perfect. However, what happens most of the time the progress bar appears but does not move the game then loads but the sound is messed up. When working correctly l am getting 60 FPS, when acting up it drops to 51.
I have searched online and have tried different settings but with same results. I did try turning off fade screen and it was still distorted. Any advise would be wonderful.
