"I'm trying to automate deployment of RL in building frontends" what does this mean exactly?
Anyway just download the version from the downloads section, update from RLUI zip that folder and bang you have the latest and greatest version that you can use for your automate deployments.

Am I dumb but the password for opening rocket launcher is not working

Just make sure to type it exactly as it's shown (or better copy it) and it's working fine here.
