I did a test using Retroarch with and without RL
Without I can save shaders presets override by the content directory , so that RA knows which shader to use with same directory roms I am using.
WIth Rocketlauncher it wont save anything accept core override which I don't want due to some systems uses same core
I believe this is the problem with RL module and if can be fixed?
