I am using Daphne. I was wondering. Can. RL apply scan lines or a shader. On top of a game? Is there a setting in RL for this?

With Vectrex there are game specific Overlays. I have all of the over lays set up and are coming up correctly in RetroArch. But when Vectrex games a brought up thru RL I get same overlay for any game. Is there a setting in RL that needs to be checked so that RA will pass thru the correct overlay?
